Mr. Rodriguez currently holds the NYSDOH-appointed position of Training Director and is the overall Director of Training & Educational Services within Quality Environmental Solutions & Technologies, Inc. QuES&T. He is responsible for maintaining classroom & hands-on training curriculums & exercises, to ensure instruction of the most current Local, State & Federal Regulations. He conducts initial and annual refresher training seminars, both in-house and offsite, for numerous asbestos, lead, mold, construction/safety, environmental, etc. course offerings. He also coordinates scheduling of classes & associated curriculum supplies, to deliver the most State-of-the-Art training offerings.

Mr. Rodriguez has provided inspection, project planning, project management and training services for many of our repeat high-volume clients, including a multitude of Asbestos, Lead, HazMat & OSHA Safety projects within the public & private sector, inclusive of Fortune 500 companies, schools, hospitals, private commercial/industrial, as well as governmental facilities. He holds numerous NYS-certifications in both Asbestos & Mold, is an EPA-licensed Lead Inspector & Risk Assessor, is a NYSDOH-approved Asbestos Training Instructor and an OSHA-authorized Training Instructor in both the Construction and General Industries.

Mr. Rodriguez attained a B.S. Degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, majoring in Environmental Design with a concentration in Urban Studies, while also minoring in Wildlife & Fisheries Conservation. Furthermore, he previously attained an A.A. from Westchester Community College, majoring in Liberal Arts & Science/Social Sciences.

Mr. Rodriguez has been employed with QuES&T since February 2002 and has over thirty (30) years of field experience in a multitude of environmental, business and customer service-related areas. He has held such positions as entry-level Project Monitor/Air Sampling Technician & Asbestos/Lead/PCB Inspector, mid-level Project Manager, upper-level Manager of Technical Services, and executive-level Director of Field Operations and now Director of Training & Educational Services throughout his employment at QuES&T.
