Upcoming Mold Refresher (4-hours)

This 4-hour course is designed for personnel who either currently hold a valid NYS Mold Assessor, NYS Mold Remediation Contractor (Mold Abatement Supervisor) or NYS Mold Abatement Worker (Mold Abatement Handler) certification or have successfully completed a NYS approved Mold Assessor, Mold Remediation Contractor (Mold Abatement Supervisor) or Mold Abatement Worker (Mold Abatement Handler) training program within the past 24-months. The total instruction time of 4-hours solely includes formal classroom training only.

Course Topics to include: Review of NYS Mold Regulations, NYS Mold Project Exemptions & Exclusions, Mold Sources, Health Effects, Mold Remediation Plan & Abatement Strategies, Mold Investigations, Personal Protective Clothing (PPE), NYC Guidelines, IICRC 520, Applicable Industry Standards, Group Discussion, Etc.

Course Registration Policies

NYS Driver’s License ID # or NYS Driver ID

All students must have a valid NYS Driver’s License or NYS Driver Photo ID . If you do not have a valid NYS drivers license or NYS Photo ID, students must visit a NYS DMV to have an Image Capture Only “ICO” completed and be issued a 9 digit DMV ID number prior to attending the class.

Attendance Policy

Students are required to arrive on-time and be in attendance for the full duration of scheduled training. Late arrivals or early dismissal for any reason will result in forfeiture of training spot and tuition.

Registration Policy

QuES&T shall guarantee a class opening for all students who have pre-registered online or have forwarded a valid purchase order, attendance roster and have confirmed receipt by speaking with a Training Department Representative. All students who have not pre-registered will be included in the class on a first come/first serve basis. Payment must be made prior to inclusion in the training class and must be made by company check, money order, or major credit card.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations will be accepted up to (5) business days prior to the first day of class. If the cancellation is made less then (5) five business days prior to the first day of class the account will be credited towards future training. Tuition is non-refundable to the individual canceling on or after the first day of class. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any returned check.
